For over 25 years I have worked as a partner, consultant, and certified coach helping individuals and businesses across the globe find success. Those that know me, describe me as someone who genuinely cares about people and is forward-thinking, pragmatic, and trustworthy.

A life-long learner, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University and has completed programs in Adult Education from St. Francis-Xavier University, Human Resources from Cornell University (ILR), and Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
Kevin is a Certified Executive Coach and Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is certified in a number of psychometric assessments and tools that support the development of individual contributors, managers, leaders, teams and organizations. Kevin also holds a Master Trainer certification from Development Dimensions International (DDI®) with access to nearly 40 leadership and workforce programs that result in better skills, higher engagement and accelerated performance.
